Please note several of the documents listed below are published mainly for the benefit of lawyers, medical defence organisations and others who are familiar with our processes. Doctors without legal representation may find it helpful to first consult our range of factsheets.

Sanctions guidance

The Sanctions guidance is key to maintaining a link between the GMC's Good medical practice (GMC website) and Fitness to practise (pdf). The annex to the document includes links to additional documents and guidance available to Medical Practitioners Tribunals
