Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 14 November 2019 at Worcestershire Magistrates’ Court Dr Gupta was convicted of driving a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol that exceeded the prescribed limit and was sentenced to 12 weeks’ imprisonment, suspended for two years, 160 hours unpaid work and disqualification for holding or obtaining a driving licence for 50 months.
