Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that Dr Rajendram knew a statement made by his representative to the MPTS at a review hearing on 25 July 2016 was untrue. It is also alleged that Dr Rajendram failed to refer to undertakings agreed to by him and made misleading and untrue statements, which he knew to be untrue, with respect to an application for inclusion on the National Medical Performers List in January 2017.
It is further alleged that Dr Rajendram made an untrue statement, which he knew to be untrue, to an appeal hearing regarding the decision to refuse his inclusion on the Medical Performers List in April 2018.
It is alleged that Dr Rajendram’s actions were dishonest.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
