The tribunal has made its findings on the facts. Dr Ismail admitted and the tribunal found proved that on 3 August 2017, he submitted a timesheet which gave the impression that it had been approved by Dr C but contained a false signature. Dr Ismail also admitted and the tribunal found proved that his actions in doing so were dishonest.

The tribunal will reconvene to consider whether Dr Ismail’s fitness to practise is impaired.
