Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between December 2020 and June 2021, Dr Chawla created entries on the Wigston Central Surgery’s IT system falsely indicating that he had held consultations with patients. It is further alleged that Dr Chawla also booked consultations which he did not intend to carry out.

It is alleged that Dr Chawla’s actions were dishonest.
