Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into an allegation that, on 10 February 2020, at Mid Wales (Merthyr Tydfil) Magistrates' Court, Dr De Almeida was convicted of committing fraud and sentenced to six weeks imprisonment suspended for 18 months, and to carry out unpaid work for 80 hours within 12 months.
