Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 28 January 2020 and 1 January 2021, while working at Hillingdon Hospital, Dr Basu repeatedly contacted Ms A. Dr Basu has admitted that he repeatedly contacted Ms A despite being told not to by his Medical Director on 30 January 2020.

It is alleged that Dr Basu’s behaviour amounted to harassment, as defined in Section 1(1) Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
