Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that in July 2018 and in May 2021, Dr Morlocan failed to provide good clinical care to Patients A and D respectively. It is also alleged that Dr Morlocan pursued an improper emotional relationship with Patient A’s wife.

It is further alleged that between January 2019 and February 2022, in the course of providing written and oral evidence to an inquest into Patient A’s death, Dr Morlocan was dishonest.
