Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal found proved some of the alleged matters set out in Schedule 1 to the Allegation. This includes that on one or more occasion, Dr Barreto parked in a manner which obstructed the driveway of Property B, and to taking a photograph of Property B. Further, the Tribunal found proved that on 15 October 2015, Dr Barreto was issued with a police harassment warning as a result of behaviour towards Ms A and/or Mrs B.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Barreto’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.

Allegations

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
