Pre hearing information
The Tribunal will enquire into the allegation that, on 13 November 2015, Dr Mehat received a caution for offences relating to the Housing Act 2004 and the Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (England) Regulations 2006.
The Tribunal will further enquire into the allegation that, on 13 November 2015, Dr Mehat received a caution under the name of ‘Mehat Properties Limited’ in relation to the Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation (England) Regulations 2006.
It is alleged that, by reason of the matters set out above, Dr Mehat’s fitness to practice is impaired by reason of his conviction or caution.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
