Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 2004 to 2016, Dr Mills behaved in a sexually motivated way to Patient A, a patient who was vulnerable. It is also alleged that Dr Mills failed to maintain adequate records in relation to individual treatment sessions with Patient A.

It is further alleged that between 2007 and 2018, Dr Mills breached patient confidentiality about another patient, to Patient A.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
