Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal found that, on 17 July 2023, Dr Armstrong published a video online in which he identified himself as a doctor and used his position as a doctor to promote his opinions. The tribunal found that Dr Armstrong’s conduct undermined public health information and public confidence in the medical profession.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Armstrong's fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
