Pre hearing information

Allegation

The Tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 2 May and 30 June 2016, Dr Gupta submitted timesheets for work undertaken at Luton & Dunstable University Hospital which contained information which was untrue and which he knew to be untrue.

It is also alleged that Dr Gupta submitted Performance Based Assessment forms to a consultant to be signed off for procedures purported to be carried out in January, August and November 2013 and which contained information which was untrue and which he knew to be untrue.

It is also alleged that Dr Gupta submitted Learning Agreement Meeting forms to a consultant to be signed off for meetings held in August 2013, November 2013 and February 2014 which contained information which was untrue and which he knew to be untrue.

It is further alleged that Dr Gupta’s actions were dishonest.
