Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 9 to 20 July 2018, Dr Ah-Kye worked as a locum consultant at the Ipswich Hospital whilst on bereavement leave from the Royal Cornwall Hospital.
It is further alleged that between 19 to 20 July 2018, Dr Ah-Kye completed a cremation form declaring that he had observed the body of the deceased when he had not.
It is alleged that his actions were dishonest.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
