Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between April 2015 and August 2015, Dr Rittoo behaved inappropriately towards Dr A. It is alleged that his actions were sexually motivated.
It is further alleged that between November 2015 and March 2018, Dr Rittoo behaved inappropriately towards Dr B in that he shouted at Dr B in front of other staff and a patient. It is also alleged that Dr Rittoo took over a Cath List that Dr B had started without speaking to or communicating with him.
Finally, it is alleged that on 17 February 2019, Dr Rittoo behaved inappropriately towards Dr C in that he shouted at him in relation to a patient's diagnosis in front of another colleague and made inappropriate remarks to him.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
