Pre hearing information


The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between 30 January and 3 February 2023 at Cardiff Crown Court, Dr Nikicicz was convicted of fraud. It is also alleged that Dr Nikicicz was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment suspended for two years.

It is further alleged that Dr Nikicicz failed to notify the GMC without delay that he had been charged with a criminal offence.

Bydd y tribiwnlys yn ymchwilio i’r honiad y cafwyd Dr Nikicicz yn euog o dwyll rhwng 30 Ionawr a 3 Chwefror 2023 yn Llys y Goron Caerdydd. Honnir hefyd i Dr Nikicicz gael ei ddedfrydu i 12 mis o garchar wedi'i ohirio am ddwy flynedd.

Honnir ymhellach fod Dr Nikicicz wedi methu rhoi gwybod yn ddiymdroi i’r GMC ei fod wedi cael ei gyhuddo o drosedd.
