Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 25 March 2013 at the Court of Crotone, Italy, Dr Ussia was convicted of death by negligence and reckless behaviour, under Article 589 of the Italian Criminal Code. It is also alled that Dr Ussia was sentenced to one year in prison (suspended).
It is further alleged that the offence, if committed in England and Wales, would constitute a criminal offence.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
