Pre hearing information


The tribunal will enquire into the allegation that, on 29 August 2019 at the Royal Court of Guernsey, Dr Lydall was convicted of seven counts of making an indecent photograph of a child, three counts of possessing an indecent photograph of a child and one count of possessing an indecent pseudo-photograph of a child.

It will further enquire into the allegation that, on 31 October 2019, Dr Lydall was sentenced to 30 months’ imprisonment, three years’ extended sentence licence upon release, and notification requirements for a period of ten years.



This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
