Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into allegations that Dr Cryer acted dishonestly between 29 May 2013 and 8 Jan 2016.
The allegations include that Dr Cryer wrote a letter on behalf of another knowing they were not qualified to send such letter, made dishonest claims in his CV and registered as the sole occupier of an address, knowing this was untrue.
The tribunal will also enquire into allegations that Dr Cryer dishonestly produced and sent four fraudulent training certificates, knowing that the recipient had not attended the training and accessed the medical records of a Mr D without consent or clinical justification.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
