Allegation

The tribunal will reconvene to continue its consideration of Dr Ali’s case.

It has been found proved that, in 2018, Dr Ali breached the confidentiality of a number of patients by accessing, photographing and sharing medical records. It has also been found proved that Dr Ali prescribed medication to a close family member.
