Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 24 June 2021 at Isleworth Crown Court, Dr Haj Hassany approached a juror whilst they were deliberating their verdict on a charge of murder.

It is further alleged that on 20 August 2021 Dr Haj Hassany admitted his actions amounted to contempt of court and was committed to prison for three months.
