Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 14 June 2016 and 21 July 2016, whilst working as a Public Health trainee on attachment to Health Protection Scotland, Dr Austin made statements that she knew to be untrue, with regards to a summary of a report and reports she was to provide to Drs A and C.
It is also alleged that on 1 December 2016, Dr Austin made statements that she knew to be untrue in relation to a report she had co-authored about an outbreak of mumps.
It is alleged that Dr Austin's actions were dishonest.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
