Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal has found proved that, on 8 September 2015, Dr Sabri completed a GP Locum Application Form and on 5 September 2016 he completed a questionnaire. It found proved that his declarations in both of these documents were untrue and that his actions in this regard were misleading and dishonest.

The tribunal has found that Dr Sabri’s actions amounted to misconduct which was serious and, as a result, his fitness to practise is currently impaired.

The tribunal will reconvene to continue its consideration of the case.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
