Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between 15 October 2015 and 3 November 2015 Dr Conway worked as a Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry when she did not hold a licence to practise in the UK.
It is also alleged that in March 2016, Dr Conway submitted an application form for a Specialty Doctor post in which she made false declarations. Furthermore, it is alleged that on 30 March 2016 Dr Conway signed a pre-employment declaration form in connection with the application in which she made false declarations. It is alleged that Dr Conway’s actions were dishonest.
It is further alleged that on 27 September 2016 Dr Conway sent an email to Dr A which contained inappropriate and offensive comments.
We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
