Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between August 2015 and November 2018, Dr Parker failed to provide good clinical care to six patients. Finally, it is alleged that in February 2019, Dr Parker added pre-typed operation notes to approximately 14 patients’ case notes that were to be reviewed by the Royal College of Surgeons without indicating that they had been made retrospectively. It is alleged that Dr Parker’s actions were an attempt to avoid criticism about his record keeping and that his actions were dishonest.
