Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that in March 2017 Dr Ingham signed a Voluntary Undertaking Agreement (VUA) with NHS England. It is alleged that Dr Ingham failed to notify his employers when he knew that the VUA required him to do so.
It is also alleged that in January 2018 during a meeting with NHS England, Dr Ingham confirmed that he had informed all his employers of the VUA which was untrue, and he knew that the information he provided to NHS England was untrue. It is further alleged that Dr Ingham’s actions were dishonest.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
