Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 23 July 2019 and 12 November 2019, at Reading Crown Court, Dr Mathurine was convicted of three counts of recording a person doing a private act, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003. It is further alleged that on the 5 December 2020 Dr Mathurine was sentenced to 14 months imprisonment, ordered to sign on the sex offenders’ register for a period of 10 years and made subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for a period of 10 years.
