Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 2 November 2018, at Cardiff Crown Court, Dr Bainbridge was convicted of two counts of possession of indecent photographs of a child, contrary to s.160(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.

It is alleged that on 23 November 2017, at Cardiff Crown Court, Dr Bainbridge was sentenced to a Community Order for 18 months, with the following requirements: to carry out unpaid work for 250 hours before 22 November 2019 and to undertake a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement for a maximum of 30 days to undertake all Rehabilitation Activity Requirements as directed by an authorised provider of probation; a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for a period of five years under Section 103 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003; sign on the Sex Offender Register for a period of five years.
