Pre hearing information

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that in December 2017, Dr Bilton failed to obtain an adequate history and carry out an appropriate examination of Patient A. The tribunal will also inquire into the allegation that, in February 2018, Dr Bilton failed to carry out an appropriate examination of Patient B and recorded details of a purported examination when Dr Bilton knew that she had not adequately examined Patient B.
