The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 9 November 2019, Dr Mohammad failed to provide good clinical care to Patient A. It is also alleged that Dr Mohammad failed to seek assistance from his consultant colleague when complications arose during his treatment of Patient A and dishonestly stated that everything was in order.

It is further alleged that Dr Mohammad failed to keep adequate records.



This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
