The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 11 November 2021, at Shrewsbury Crown Court, Dr Abdelaziz was convicted of: making indecent photographs/pseudo photographs of a child; possession of prohibited images of children; possession of extreme pornographic images and distributing indecent images of children.

It is alleged that, on 9 February 2022, Dr Abdelaziz was sentenced to: 18 months imprisonment, suspended for 24 months; a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and notification requirement for a period of ten years; 200 hours unpaid work to be completed by 9 February 2023; participation in MAPPS for Change Programme; 40 day Rehabilitation Activity requirement; Forfeiture and destruction of all computers and equipment seized and a Victim Surcharge of £140.



This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
