Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 23 December 2022 at Salisbury Crown Court, Dr Khan was convicted of three counts of making indecent photographs of a child between 10 December 2020 and 24 August 2021.

It is further alleged that on 24 February 2023 Dr Khan was sentenced to eight months' imprisonment, suspended for 24 months.
