Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that Dr Lobo underwent a General Medical Council Performance Assessment in January 2018 and his professional performance was found to be unacceptable in the areas of maintaining professional performance, assessment, clinical management and record keeping. Dr Lobo’s professional performance was found to be a cause for concern in the areas of relationships with patients and working with colleagues.

-

Bydd y tribiwnlys yn ymchwilio i’r honiad fod Dr Lobo wedi bod trwy Asesiad o Berfformiad y Cyngor Meddygol Cyffredinol ym mis Ionawr 2018 a chanfuwyd bod ei berfformiad proffesiynol yn annerbyniol ym meysydd cynnal perfformiad proffesiynol, asesu, rheolaeth glinigol a chadw cofnodion. Canfuwyd bod perfformiad proffesiynol Dr Lobo yn destun pryder ym meysydd perthnasoedd gyda chleifion a gweithio gyda chydweithwyr.

Mae’r uchod yn adlewyrchu’r honiad fel y mae ar ddechrau’r gwrandawiad. Gallai’r honiad gael ei ddiwygio wrth i’r gwrandawiad fynd rhagddo ac wrth i’r tribiwnlys ganfod ffeithiau.
