Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal found that, between April and July 2021, Dr White completed shifts at the North West London NHS Foundation Trust but, in May and June 2021, he informed the GMC that he was not currently working and that he would find a job later in the year. It also found that the information he provided to the GMC was false, his actions were dishonest and that Dr White failed to co-operate with the GMC’s investigation in that he did not provide a Work Details Form.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr White’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.

We expect parts of this case to be heard in private.
