The tribunal found that between 12 January 2021 and 30 June 2021, Dr Foroghi Fard had consultations with 11 patients during which he did not provide good clinical care and/or made notes in the patients’ records which were not true.

The tribunal will reconvene to determine whether Dr Foroghi Fard’s fitness to practise is currently impaired by reason of misconduct.
