Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 21 March 2018, at Bolton Crown Court Dr Rosser was convicted of two counts of fraudulently evading duty on Class B substances contrary to Section 170(2) and (3) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 and importation of psycho-active substances contrary to Sections 8(1) and 10(1) of the Psychoactive Substances Act 2016. It is further alleged that on 4 May 2018 he was sentenced to a community order for 12 months.
It is also alleged that in early 2017 Dr Rosser offered to supply steroids to Person A.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
