Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 24 December 2018 Dr Radici prepared and signed a medical report for Ms A which was intended for submission at a court of law and purported to relate to personal injuries Ms A had sustained in a road traffic incident. It is alleged that information included in the medical report was dishonest as Dr Radici did not conduct a clinical examination of Ms A and Ms A did not provide verbal information in relation to the accident.
It is also alleged that between April 2019 and May 2019 Dr Radici failed to cooperate with the General Medical Council’s investigation process in that she did not provide her Work Details Form when requested.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
