Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in November 2016, whilst working as a locum at NHS Fife, Dr Tsakov made inappropriate comments to a Medical Student.
It is also alleged that in October 2017, whilst working as a locum at North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Tsakov was warned about making inappropriate comments to a female colleague. Further, in November 2017, it is alleged that Dr Tsakov failed to take heed of the warning and showed inappropriate pictures and videos to two colleagues and made an inappropriate remark to a patient.
It is alleged that in December 2017, whilst working as a locum at Northern Health and Social Care Trust, Dr Tsakov made inappropriate comments and spoke with a raised voice and in an intimidating manner to a colleague and also showed an inappropriate image to the colleague.
It is further alleged that between July 2018 and September 2018, whilst working as a locum at the Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust, Dr Tsakov made inappropriate comments regarding drugs and alcohol to two patients and made an inappropriate comment to a colleague. It is also alleged that Dr Tsakov ignored requests from a colleague in relation to use of equipment on a patient. It is also alleged that during a consultation, Dr Tsakov acted in a manner causing a patient unnecessary fear and distress.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
