Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that between September 2020 to December 2020, Dr Rezk communicated with a former colleague, Ms A, via Facebook and without solicitation from her, he sent inappropriate messages and photographs which were of a sexual nature. It is alleged that Dr Rezk’s actions were sexually motivated and amounted to harassment.

It is further alleged that around December 2020 Dr Rezk communicated with a former colleague, Ms B, via Facebook and without solicitation from her, he sent inappropriate messages which were of a sexual nature. It is alleged that Dr Rezk’s actions were sexually motivated and amounted to harassment.
