Pre hearing information

Allegation

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in July 2013, Dr Arowojolu performed an inappropriate intimate examination on Ms A. It is alleged that Dr Arowojolu did not offer a chaperone prior to, or during, the examination. It is also alleged that Dr Arowojolu failed to make a record of the examination and that his actions were sexually motivated.
