Pre hearing information


The tribunal will continue to inquire into the allegation that on 7 March 2020, Dr Ogunsanya acted inappropriately towards Person A in that he pressured her to drink alcohol and then behaved towards her in a way which was sexually motivated. It is further alleged that on 15 March 2020, Dr Ogunsanya behaved towards Person A in a way which amounted to emotional abuse. On 28 June 2020, it is alleged that Dr Ogunsanya stabbed Person A in the left hand with a fork.




This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
