Pre hearing information
The Tribunal will reconvene to consider the allegation that between 2 November 2015 and 4 January 2016, Dr Miklaszewicz indicated to his Educational Supervisor that he had fully complied with his Remedial Training Plan, when he had not, and knew he had not. It is alleged that his actions were dishonest.
It will also continue to consider the allegation that between 19 April 2017 and 21 April 2017, Dr Miklaszewicz underwent a GMC assessment of the standard of his professional performance. His performance was found to be unacceptable in the areas of (a) assessment and (b) relationships with patients. His performance was found to be a cause for concern in the areas of (a) maintaining professional performance and (b) working with colleagues.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
