Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that during a medical consultation at the Market Square Surgery on 18 March 2020, Dr Roach inappropriately asked Patient A for her personal telephone number. It is alleged that Dr Roach’s conduct was sexually motivated.
It is further alleged that Dr Roach failed to document the home visit upon returning to the surgery.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
