Pre hearing information

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, in or around February or March 2017, Dr Julu provided treatment to Patient A, a minor. It is further alleged that in February 2017, Dr Julu inappropriately provided oxygen therapy to Patient A, in a home setting, overnight. It is alleged that Dr Julu's actions in this regard were not clinically indicated.
