Dr Piermauro CASTINO

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 23 December 2018 and 9 May 2019, Dr Castino provided poor clinical to Patient A and Patient B respectively. It is alleged that his actions had the potential to cause harm to both patients.

It is further alleged that in respect of Patient A, Dr Castino provided information he knew to be untrue to other healthcare professionals and his actions were dishonest.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.

All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
