Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 22 September 2011 and 28 December 2016, Dr Jindal signed a consent form for laser vision surgery in respect of Patient A and Patient B respectively which contained information which Dr Jindal knew was untrue. It is further alleged that Dr Jindal also completed Treatment and Surgery Reports in respect of both patients which contained information which he knew was untrue.
It is alleged that Dr Jindal’s actions were dishonest.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
