The tribunal will reconvene to continue its review of the case of Dr Alla, whose fitness to practise has previously been found impaired by reason of conviction and whose registration is subject to suspension until 9 March 2023. This suspension was extended for 3 months on 7 March 2023.

We expect this case to be held entirely in private.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.

All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
