Pre hearing information
The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, between on or around 24 October 2016 and 12 August 2018, Dr Thampi failed to provide good clinical care to Patients A, B and C, in respect of the delivery of their babies.
It is further alleged that, on 26 October 2018, Dr Thampi gave inappropriate advice to a colleague in respect of an appraisal process.
This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
All decisions are published online within 28 days of the conclusion of the hearing.
