Pre hearing information

The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that on 25 January 2021, Dr Chavan took a coat belonging to Ms A without her consent, intending to permanently deprive her of the coat.

It is further alleged that on 23 February 2021, Dr Chavan attended at Stevenage Police Station and accepted a Community Resolution Order for her actions.

This reflects the allegation as it stands at the start of the hearing. The allegation may be amended as the hearing proceeds and when findings of fact are made by the tribunal.
