The tribunal will inquire into the allegation that, on 16 March 2018, at the Magistrates’ Court at Newry Courthouse, Northern Ireland, Dr Hamilton was made the subject of an order that she should be bound by recognisance To Keep The Peace And Be Of Good Behaviour for the period of one year in respect of a) Disorderly Behaviour contrary to Article 18(1)(a) of the Public Order (Northern Ireland) Order 1987 x1; b.) Assault on Police contrary to section 66(1) of the Police (Northern Ireland) Act 1998 x3; c.) Likely to Breach Peace/Good Behaviour x1.
